Reusable bottles must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to prevent residue and contamination. Rhima developed this medium-capacity system to bridge the gap between high-volume production lines and low-capacity laboratory machines.
Bottles are secured in a purpose-built rack above dedicated nozzles that direct water inside each bottle. A rotating upper wash arm cleans the exterior. The process supports HACCP-focused sanitation while helping reduce water and energy use in circular reusable-bottle operations.
